rents the cottage Chiranka Lipová-lázně 505, 790 61 for the purpose of group accommodation and provides accommodation for guests who shows their identity with ID card. The customer is able to use all of the common areas of the cottage and number of rooms according to the number of extra beds. The cottage can be used only by accommodated people.
- The guest will sign the accommodation protocol on the day of the arrival.
- The guest takes over the cottage completely clean and ready for accommodation on the day of the arrival.
- The number of beds determines the maximum number of people who can be accommodated . Larger number of people can not be accommodated without advance agrrement and payment.
- The guest is obligated to use the equipment of the cottage in the way to not cause any damage. It is necessary to maintain cleanliness in the entire cottage.
- The guest is obligated to act in the way to prevent any damages of the cottage or its equipment and to prevent the creation of the fire up to the entire duration of the stay.
- The guest is obligated to use areas reserved for the accommodation, he is not obligated to move any furniture or perform any changes without agreement.
- Only electrical appliences which are part of the equipment of the cottage and appliences which serves for personal purposes (hairdryer, shavers) can be used. It is possible to recharge notebook and mobile phones.
- Fee for a dog 300 CZK/night (maximum 3 medium size dogs). The dogs can not be left alone in the cottage.
- For the safety reasons do not leave the children alone in the area.
- The guests is obligated to observe the night silence from 22:00 to 6:30.
- It is needed to close the windows and lock the doors before leaving the building.
- The guest is obligated to report any damages of the equipment in the cottage. The damages will be charged.
- The guest must hand over the object in the same condition as it was before the stay.
- In case of faults, breakdowns or emergency situations, the guest is obligated immediately contact the provider and agree on the way and time of repare. The provider always act in the way to solve the problem as quick as it is possible. The provider has a right to enter the building in emergency cases.
- In case of fundamental or repeated violation of accommodation regulations the provider is entitled to interrupt the stay.
- Smoking is forbidden in the entire cottage Chiranka.
